How to Exchange

If you need to exchange your item for a different size, simply send us an email at hello@wearcanopi.com with with the following details:

• Your order number
• Desired size

Conditions:

• Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original condition with tags attached.
• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Once your exchange is approved, we will send a courier to pick up the item(s)

Note:

• Exchanges are only possible if your desired size is in stock.
• We do not accept exchanges for international orders.

If you believe you have received a defective item, please reach out to us within 14 days of receiving your order. Simply send an email to hello@wordpress-1168726-5670834.cloudwaysapps.com with the following details:

• Your order number
• A brief description of the issue
• Clear photos of the defect

Conditions:

• Items must be unused and in their original condition with tags attached (excluding the defect).
• Exchanges must be requested within 14 days of receiving your order.
• Shipping costs are non-refundable.
